Article: Simple Steps To Super Productivity.

Do you crave for maximizing your productivity? Are you feeling the anxiety that you're left with after realizing the valuable time wasted on insignificant things instead of finalizing your projects? In the next five minutes the secret to productivity will be revealed to you.

Increasing the productivity level in your work equals concentrating at one objective at a time. So how this concentration works? Simply - by eliminating distractions.

Distractions originate from two sources.. One such source is made of by appointments, phones, email accounts and so on. The trick is to decide what are those daily hours when you have the highest working potential, isolate yourself for that period and start bringing your objectives to life. Just learn to disappear for a few hours each day and dedicate yourself exclusively to your objectives.

The 2nd source of disturbances is represented by your own mental activity. With this second supplier it takes a significant amount of time to master. Establishing way to many task for the same time period is the biggest trap we generally fall into. Practice and science show that being involved in too many projects on the same time frame further expand the completion times, in other words is counter-productive. Our thinking power becomes really potent when it is given one task at a time. On the contrary when confronted with multiple issues our mind requires re-indexing previous information and only after that it is able to progress towards completion. Becoming productive resumes to becoming proficient in maintaining mental concentration on one thing at a time and give your best performance towards its attainment. If a general dissatisfaction happens to diminish your motivation it's time for a break. Revise the motives that determined the initial start of your projects and refresh in you mind the benefits the final product will give you.

Before you start work you must be certain that the task you locked you attention upon is the most important. Because it's not uncommon to get busy instead of getting productive.

Don't bother dealing with small things. Instead make it clear what's the heavy weight on your desk and handle it. This tip is also know the 80/20 formula that dictates that 80% of your results are obtained with 20% of work invested as opposed to 80% being busy and solving 20% of your problems.

So don't invest time in little projects that can be taken care of by your employers or collaborators. Focus only on those that deliver the highest paybacks.

Instead of investing your precious time, consider investing a little bit of money (fewer than you initially evaluated you time at) and hire someone to complete some of your little but stressful jobs.

Increasing personal productivity is actually simple to accomplish. You just need a correct balance between what you take care by yourself, what you delegate and most importantly where do you place your attention on a continuous basis.

The secret to a comfortable journey towards high productivity level is not to beat yourself down when you lost focus or planned poorly your course of action AND always gratify yourself when you manage your time and attention successfully.
